I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying a degree in civil engineering at Bhaktapur University, and I'm one semester away from graduating. I have worked as a library assistant to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $550.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.6 average, and my department head has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $550 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $380
• Final term tuition: $140
• Exam and lab fees: $15
• Textbooks and materials: $15
I hope life is good to you.

I hope things turn around soon. I went through something like this 5 years ago and strangers helped me out. Greetings from Jacksonville.
Good luck. Hope you get there. Thinking of Bhaktapur
Thinking of you, Ashok. Hope this works out for you. I'm in nursing myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Blessings.
so sorry you're going through this. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Love from Half-Way Tree.
Hope things get better soon. Study hard! My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Take care
