One semester away: help Asher graduate from Los Angeles Community College
Asher is two terms away from finishing a nursing degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $3,100.

Asher is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a nursing degree at Los Angeles Community College, and is two terms away from graduating. He has worked as a warehouse packer to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $3,100.
The registrar has said Asher can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Asher has a 3.9 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Asher would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Asher isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Los Angeles Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Textbooks and materials: $135
• Exam and lab fees: $165
• Final term tuition: $2,800
