Okello's final semester of an accounting degree in Kasarani

Okello is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an accounting degree at Kasarani State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $850. The registrar has said Okello can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Okello has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Okello would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Okello isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Kasarani State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
