Nora's final semester of a master's in public health in Corpus Christi

Nora is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a master's in public health at Corpus Christi University, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $4,650.
The registrar has said Nora can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Nora has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Nora would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Nora isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Corpus Christi University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
