Nnamdi's prostate cancer treatment fund
Nnamdi is facing prostate cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Nnamdi was diagnosed with prostate cancer in June. The oncology team at the Port Harcourt Oncology Institute has planned 4 rounds of treatment, starting in August. He will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Nnamdi is 53, worked as a bus conductor until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Port Harcourt Oncology Institute 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $110
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $690
• Scans and lab work: $220
• Household costs while unable to work: $130
