Nimra is a single parent of two young children - help us after my partner leaving
After my partner leaving, Nimra is raising two young children alone and needs $400 to stay afloat for 6 months.

Last July I went through my partner leaving, and I'm now raising two young children on my own. I work as a cleaner, but my income doesn't cover rent, childcare and groceries.
I'm retraining as a medical coder in the evenings, which will triple my income by November, but I need to bridge the gap until then.
Some weeks I skip meals so my children can eat. I have never asked anyone for help like this before, and I'm doing it for them.
Once I finish my course, I'll pay it forward.
Every cent is accounted for. I'll share a simple monthly breakdown.
Where the $400 goes:
• Rent top-up: $260
• Groceries and school meals: $80
• Course fees and exam costs: $60
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Wishing you peace. Rent stress is the worst. Hope this helps. Don't be hard on yourself for asking.
You're not alone, Nimra. Looking forward to the next update. I hope November is when things finally get easier!
So sorry you're going through this. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Sent it to 18 people at work. Take care!
Thanks for sharing this, Nimra. It takes guts to ask. Well done
Stay strong, Nimra. Your post was clear and honest.
