Natalia was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in August. The oncology team at the Sacramento Oncology Institute has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 5 weeks. Natalia is 49, worked as a bank teller until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Sacramento Oncology Institute 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $2,150 goes: • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $800 • Transport to the Sacramento Oncology Institute: $470 • Household costs while unable to work: $880 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
