My tuk-tuk: Ji-woo's only way to earn a living
Without my tuk-tuk Ji-woo cannot work; a $950 repair would put her back on the road.

I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 5 weeks ago the clutch assembly failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $950. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $950 goes:
• clutch assembly replacement (parts): $560
• Labor charges: $110
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $210
• Towing and inspection: $70
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Sending good thoughts, Ji-woo. Gave what I could, wish it was more. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money. Take care
thinking of you. Hope this works out for you. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too. God bless.
Praying for you, Ji-woo. Your post was clear and honest. My neighbor in Aurangabad donated after I showed her your page.
