My ride-share car: Anand's only way to earn a living
Anand's my ride-share car is Anand's only source of income and needs a rear axle replacement costing $100.

I make my living with my ride-share car. 12 weeks ago the rear axle failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $100. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $100 goes:
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $20
• Towing and inspection: $20
• Labor charges: $60
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Keep going. Gave what I could, wish it was more. After 27 years in farming I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Love from Ikeja.
It takes guts to ask. Well done. Thinking of Thiruvananthapuram
Sending love, Anand. I hope things turn around soon. My husband and I read this together. Take care
Sending good thoughts. Hope you make a strong comeback. After 19 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
