My pickup: Maverick's only way to earn a living
Without my pickup Maverick can't work; a $900 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my pickup. 7 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $900. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $900 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $90
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $175
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $635
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

Good luck, Maverick. Gave what I could, wish it was more. I hope November is when things finally get easier. God bless.
hope things get better soon. Small businesses are the heart of Parramatta. Hope you're open again soon. Take care.
