My pickup: Jose's only way to earn a living
Jose's my pickup is Jose's only source of income and needs a fuel pump replacement costing $800.

I make my living with my pickup. 3 weeks ago the fuel pump failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $800. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $800 goes:
• Towing and inspection: $130
• Labor charges: $175
• fuel pump replacement (parts): $495
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Wishing you peace, Jose. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Thinking of Newcastle upon Tyne!
So sorry you're going through this. Shared this with my family. Thinking of Newcastle upon Tyne
