My motorbike: Frida's only way to earn a living
Frida drives for a living in Stockholm, and a broken transmission has stopped all income for 8 weeks.

I make my living with my motorbike. 8 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $1,600. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my two daughters and my mother. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.

• Labor charges: $360
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $170
• Towing and inspection: $90
