My food truck: Sandesh's only way to earn a living
Without my food truck Sandesh can't work; a $300 repair would put him back on the road.

I make my living with my food truck. 8 weeks ago the suspension failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $300. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked eleven hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next three months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $300 goes:
• suspension replacement (parts): $180
• Labor charges: $50
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $30
• Towing and inspection: $40
Thank you so much.

Looking forward to the next update. My neighbor in New Delhi donated after I showed her your page.
I hope things turn around soon. We're a small family in Porto Alegre but we're thinking of you. All the best.
