My delivery van: Teguh's only way to earn a living
Teguh drives for a living in Jakarta Selatan, and a broken suspension has stopped all income for 5 weeks.
🇮🇩 Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia1,111 views
I make my living with my delivery van. 5 weeks ago the suspension failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $300. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my 4 children. Before the breakdown I worked twelve hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $300 goes:
• suspension replacement (parts): $195
• Labor charges: $60
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $40
• Towing and inspection: $5
Glad we found this place.

So sorry you're going through this. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Thinking of Jakarta Selatan.
