Mukasa needs my pickup repaired to get back to work in Kisumu
Mukasa's my pickup is Mukasa's only source of income and needs a transmission replacement costing $300.

I make my living with my pickup. 6 weeks ago the transmission failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $300. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my younger brothers and sisters. Before the breakdown I worked nine hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next six months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
I'll pay the mechanic directly and show you the repaired vehicle in an update.
Where the $300 goes:
• transmission replacement (parts): $155
• Labor charges: $75
• Road tax and insurance renewal: $40
• Towing and inspection: $30
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
