After a long hospital stay, Teresa has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at New York Wellbeing Centre cost $80 each.
Teresa has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Teresa could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
