Mental health support for Osama after the loss of my brother

After the loss of my brother, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at San Jose Wellbeing Centre cost $135 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.

The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
