Mental health support for Omolara after the loss of my brother

After the loss of my brother, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Ikeja cost $10 each. I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford.
