After military deployment, Mahin has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Dhaka cost $5 each.
Mahin has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Mahin could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Mahin, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.

Sure. The biggest one is 12 therapy sessions, $280. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Good question.
