Mental health support for Isaac after years of caregiving

After years of caregiving, Isaac has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Savannah cost $85 each.
Isaac has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Isaac could afford. The therapist recommends 24 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
