Mental health support for Iris after the death of both parents

After the death of both parents, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to a structured recovery program, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at a private practice in Eindhoven cost $60 each. I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
