Mental health support for Idris after years of caregiving
A course of family counseling for Idris could change everything; the cost is $2,750.

After years of caregiving, Idris has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred him to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Las Cruces Wellbeing Centre cost $95 each.
Idris has been honest with his employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Idris could afford. The therapist recommends 12 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Idris, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
