Giannis is working through the loss of my brother and needs help paying for 10 sessions with a licensed counselor.

After the loss of my brother, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at Patras Wellbeing Centre cost $35 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
Where the $800 goes:
• 10 therapy sessions: $710
• Psychiatric assessment: $70
• Workbook and resources: $20
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Giannis.
10 therapy sessions is $710 of it. Everything else is listed in the story and nothing outside that list comes out of this page.
Hope things get better soon. Wishing Giannis a smooth procedure and a full recovery
Is there anything that isn't money that would help Giannis?
Thank you. If you're in Patras I'll say if something practical comes up. For now sharing this is great. Happy to explain more.
Wishing you peace. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Sent it to 20 people at work. God bless
I work in healthcare and wanted you to know people are on your side. After 7 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Gold Coast
