Mental health support for Gabriella after the loss of my brother

After the loss of my brother, Gabriella has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 8 months, and private sessions at Sydney Wellbeing Centre cost $75 each.
Gabriella has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Gabriella could afford. The therapist recommends 20 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Gabriella, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
