Mental health support for Caroline after bullying at school
After bullying at school, Caroline has been on a waiting list for months - private therapy is the only option, and the cost is $350.

After bullying at school, Caroline has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to EMDR therapy, but the public waiting list is 9 months, and private sessions at Mbale Wellbeing Centre cost $15 each.
Caroline has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Caroline could afford. The therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part for Caroline, and we're grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.
