Mental health support for Anna after a long hospital stay

After a long hospital stay, Anna has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 11 months, and private sessions at Erie Wellbeing Centre cost $115 each.
Anna has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Anna could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
