Manoel has worked and saved for three years to study a nursing degree; a $1,950 gap now stands between him and graduation.

Manoel is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a nursing degree at São Paulo State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,950.
The registrar has said Manoel can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Manoel has a top-ten-percent average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Manoel would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Manoel isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $1,950 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $800
• Final term tuition: $960
• Exam and lab fees: $80
• Textbooks and materials: $110
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.

Education changes everything, hope you graduate with honors. My neighbor in Mombasa donated after I showed her your page. Blessings.
Keep going, Juliana. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I told my book club about it and three of them are giving too.
