Let's build a covered market stall space together in Augsburg
Volunteers in Augsburg are raising $2,400 for a covered market stall space at the old Harmony bus depot.

For twelve years the neighborhood has asked for a covered market stall space. This year a group of 25 volunteers, including two retired carpenters, decided to stop waiting. The council has given permission for the old Harmony bus depot, but no funding.
We have received donated volunteer hours worth about $640, and the remaining cost is $2,400.
It will serve about 594 people, including elderly neighbors living alone. We'll hold a build day in July and everyone is invited.
We're a small team, and every dollar will be spent in the open - I'll post receipts and progress photos.
All purchases will be made by two volunteers and logged publicly. Surplus funds will go to maintenance.
Where the $2,400 goes:
• Materials: $1,600
• Permits and inspections: $120
• Safety equipment and signage: $340
• Tools hire and delivery: $340
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
