Legal fees for Wolfgang's residency renewal in Essen
Wolfgang needs $1,900 for filing fees and representation in a residency renewal before the November deadline.

Wolfgang is facing a residency renewal. The hearing is scheduled for November, and the filing fees and the lawyer's retainer come to $1,900. Three legal-aid offices have said their waiting lists are longer than the deadline.
Wolfgang has all the paperwork ready, and a caseworker at Essen Welcome Centre has confirmed that the case is valid.
If the deadline is missed Wolfgang could lose the right to stay with the family and the job. The children were born here and this is the only home they know.
The money goes to the immigration attorney's trust account and the court filing office. I'll upload receipts with sensitive details removed.
Where the $1,900 goes:
• Attorney retainer: $1,100
• Filing and biometrics fees: $480
• Certified translations and document copies: $200
• Court-appointed interpreter and travel: $120

so sorry you're going through this. I hope things turn around soon. After 18 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
I hope things turn around soon. I'll check back for the next update. God bless
