Legal fees for Axel's residency renewal in Calgary
Help Axel cover the fees of a residency renewal so He can stay with his family.

I'm facing a residency renewal. My hearing is scheduled for July, and the filing fees and the lawyer's retainer come to $3,050. I have been told by three legal-aid offices that their waiting list is longer than my deadline.
I have all of my paperwork ready, and my caseworker at a local immigrant rights clinic has confirmed that my case is valid.
If I miss the deadline I could lose my right to stay with my family and my job. My children were born here and this is the only home they know.
I'll share any non-sensitive updates as the case moves along.
Funds cover only the filing fees, translations and attorney retainer.
Where the $3,050 goes:
• Attorney retainer: $2,200
• Filing and biometrics fees: $490
• Certified translations and document copies: $105
• Court-appointed interpreter and travel: $255
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Hope it all works out. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. I hope July is when things finally get easier. Love from Grand Rapids.
Sending good thoughts, Axel. Looking forward to the next update. My neighbor in Bristol donated after I showed her your page
