Keep the water on at Trupti's home in Kanpur

The water account is 3 months behind. Trupti received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on June unless $150 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Trupti called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available. The household includes two young children, and going through the rainy season without water isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature. Trupti is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
