Keep the water on at Roberto's home in Caruaru
Roberto is behind on water bills after July's medical emergency and needs $300 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $300. I have never been late before July's medical emergency.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $45 first, which I don't have.
I live with two young children, and going through winter without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
