Keep the water on at Jade's home in Los Angeles
Jade is behind on water bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $650 to avoid a shut-off.

The water account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on July unless I pay $650. I have never been late before my partner leaving the household.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $155 first, which I don't have.
I live with a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the cold months without water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
