Keep the heating on at Vasiliki's home in Heraklion

The heating account is 2 months behind. Vasiliki received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless $450 is paid. She had never been late before losing my job in July.
Vasiliki called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $50 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a newborn, and going through summer without heating isn't safe. Without it we can't refrigerate insulin and food, or keep the house at a safe temperature.
Vasiliki is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
