Keep the heating on at Dinda's home in Magelang

The heating account is 2 months behind. Dinda received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on March unless $150 is paid. She had never been late before an unexpected car repair. Dinda called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $10 first, which isn't available. The household includes a disabled brother, and going through winter without heating isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
