Keep the heating on at Citlali's home in Coyoacán

Help Citlali cover an overdue heating bill so the household stays safe this winter.

The heating account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on May unless I pay $250. I have never been late before February's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which I don't have. I live with a newborn, and going through winter without heating isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here. Where the $250 goes: • Gas arrears: $170 • Reconnection and late fees: $35 • Down payment on a payment plan: $45 Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure. - Citlali
