Keep the gas on at Rudi's home in Bekasi

The gas account is 3 months behind. Rudi received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $150 is paid. He had never been late before June's medical emergency. Rudi called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $20 first, which isn't available. The household includes an elderly mother, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. We can't cook, keep medicine cold or heat the home.
