Keep the gas on at Maria's home in Londrina

The gas account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on April unless I pay $150. I have never been late before February's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $35 first, which I don't have. I live with two young children, and going through the cold months without gas isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
