Keep the gas on at Javier's home in Guadalupe
Help Javier cover an overdue gas bill so the household stays safe this winter.

The gas account is 3 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on October unless I pay $250. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $55 first, which I don't have.
I live with a newborn, and going through winter without gas isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Javier's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.
Where the $250 goes:
• Gas arrears: $165
• Reconnection and late fees: $60
• Down payment on a payment plan: $25
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

any update on how things are going in Guadalupe?
Sending strength, Javier. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 16 years in customer support I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Guadalupe.
A colleague of mine might know someone for this in Nuevo León. I'll ask around and let you know
Hope things get better soon. Shared it with a few friends. This is the second need I've supported on here and the first that made me cry
