Nathan is behind on electricity and water bills after losing my job in September and needs $550 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on November unless I pay $550. I have never been late before losing my job in September.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $100 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
