Keep the electricity and water on at Josephine's home in Hamilton

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Josephine received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on August unless $750 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household. Josephine called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $110 first, which isn't available. The household includes a parent on oxygen therapy, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home. Josephine is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady. The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
