The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $350. I have never been late before August's medical emergency. I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $100 first, which I don't have. I live with an elderly mother, and going through the cold months without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by. I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady. Every dollar goes to the account in Ignacio's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates. Where the $350 goes: • Electricity arrears: $200 • Reconnection and late fees: $50 • Down payment on a payment plan: $100 Glad we found this place. - Ignacio
