Keep the electricity and water on at Gloria's home in Accra
Gloria is behind on electricity and water bills after my partner leaving the household and needs $150 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. Gloria received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless $150 is paid. She had never been late before my partner leaving the household.
Gloria called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $30 first, which isn't available.
The household includes a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
Gloria is working on getting back on her feet, and wants to pay it forward once steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
