Keep the electricity and water on at Florence's home in Gulu
Florence is behind on electricity and water bills after a reduction in hours and needs $100 to avoid a shut-off.

The electricity and water account is 4 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on September unless I pay $100. I have never been late before a reduction in hours.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $15 first, which I don't have.
I live with a disabled brother, and going through the rainy season without electricity and water isn't safe. We would also lose the ability to run the medical equipment at home.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
Every dollar goes to the account in Florence's name; a copy of the paid bill will be shared in the updates.

• Reconnection and late fees: $25
• Down payment on a payment plan: $25

It's all in the list in the story. water arrears is the big one at $50, I'll post a receipt when it's paid. Fair thing to want to know.
