Keep the electricity and water on at Alexander's home in San Francisco
A disconnection notice for electricity and water arrived and Alexander needs $700 before December.

The electricity and water account is 2 months behind. I received a disconnection notice that says service will be cut off on December unless I pay $700. I have never been late before losing my job in August.
I called the provider and asked about a payment plan, but they need a down payment of $60 first, which I don't have.
I live with an elderly mother, and going through summer without electricity and water isn't safe. The children would have no light to study by.
I'm working on getting back on my feet, and will pay forward whatever help I can once I'm steady.
The money will go directly to the utility provider, and I'll post the paid statement here.
