Following a long illness in the family, Khadija fell 5 months behind on rent. Last Wednesday a final eviction notice was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $500. The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by November, the family must leave. There are 1 children at home.
