Keep a roof over Agnieszka's head in Warsaw
A 10-day notice to quit arrived last week. Agnieszka needs $1,350 to clear the arrears and stay housed in Warsaw.

When the call centre closed in October, I fell 3 months behind on rent. Last Sunday a 10-day notice to quit was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $1,350.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by February, we must leave.
I have a toddler and a baby at home. Moving isn't just an expense - it would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
I have started working evenings as a cleaner, and I'm applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
Where the $1,350 goes:
• Late fees and court costs: $120
• Rent arrears (3 months): $840
• First month of rent as a buffer: $390
I hope life is good to you.
