Katharina's final semester of a teaching qualification in Munich
A first-generation student, Katharina needs help covering tuition for the final stretch of a teaching qualification.

Katharina is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a teaching qualification at Munich Polytechnic, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,000.
The registrar has said Katharina can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Katharina has a top-ten-percent average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Katharina would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Katharina isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• Textbooks and materials: $190
• Outstanding tuition balance: $680
• Exam and lab fees: $130
I'll keep this page updated with receipts as things happen.

Is there anything that isn't money that would help Katharina?
Keep going, Dominik. Hope you get there. Blessings.
Stay strong. I hope things turn around soon. Thinking of Munich.
thanks for sharing this, Dominik. Hope this works out for you. We're a small family in Mumbai but we're thinking of you.
Good luck, Dominik. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 7 years in public service I know how hard it's to ask for anything.
