Joshua is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a master's in public health at Mississauga University, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $6,100.
The registrar has said Joshua can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Joshua has a 3.6 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Joshua would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Joshua isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
Where the $6,100 goes:
• Final term tuition: $2,550
• Exam and lab fees: $280
• Outstanding tuition balance: $3,270
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

Hope it all works out. Study hard! My brother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Blessings.
Thanks for sharing this. It takes guts to ask. Well done. I went through something like this 10 years ago and strangers helped me out.
keep going. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Greetings from Alcalá de Henares!
Sending love. Hope you get there. I hope January is when things finally get easier. Blessings

Keep going, Savannah. Gave what I could, wish it was more. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like.
