Jihan received an eviction notice - help us catch up on rent
A notice to vacate arrived last week. Jihan needs $350 to clear the arrears and stay housed in Bandung.

After a car accident that kept me from work for 3 weeks, I fell 4 months behind on rent. Last Saturday a notice to vacate was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $350.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by January, we must leave.
I have a toddler and a baby at home. Moving isn't just an expense - it would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
I have started working evenings as a cleaner, and I'm applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
Where the $350 goes:
• Rent arrears (4 months): $260
• Utilities in arrears: $25
• Late fees and court costs: $65
Thank you so much.
